1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 130+ countries/regions globally, including the UK, EU, U.S., Canada, and Australia. Remote areas (e.g., Scottish Islands, remote U.S. territories) may have surcharges—you’ll get a checkout alert if applicable.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our London facility (65, Anselm Road, London, SW6 1LH, England) or partner horticultural warehouses.
  • Timeline: 1-2 business days (UK); 3-6 business days (EU); 5-9 business days (U.S./Canada); 7-12 business days (Australia). Live plants ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
  • Protective Packaging: Plants/seeds in moisture-retentive wrap; planters with bubble wrap + corner protectors; decor in padded boxes—all to shield from transit damage.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over £50 / US$65 (applies to all gardening products).
  • Orders under the threshold: £4.99 (UK); £8.99 (EU); £12.99 (U.S./Canada); £15.99 (Australia) (includes specialized plant packaging).
  • Express Shipping: £18.99 / US$24 extra for 2-3 business days delivery (UK/EU only—select at Shopify checkout).
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account or our “My Orders” page. For plant damage, delayed deliveries (over 5 days), or broken planters, email wobbler.matzo-0q@icloud.com with photos.
5. Key Notes
  • Customs Duties: International orders may incur duties—paid by the recipient per local regulations.
  • Plant Restrictions: Some countries ban live plants (e.g., Australia requires phytosanitary certificates)—we’ll notify you of restrictions pre-checkout.
