A: Germination times vary—tulip bulbs sprout in 2-4 weeks, vegetable seeds in 7-14 days. We include planting guides with every seed/bulb order.
Q: Are planters weatherproof for outdoor use?
A: Absolutely! Our resin/metal planters are frost-resistant; terracotta options have drainage holes to prevent root rot. Look for “Weatherproof” tags on Shopify.

Q: How to keep live plants healthy after delivery?
A: Unpack immediately—water lightly and place in indirect light for 2-3 days. Follow the care card included with your plant (or email us for a digital copy).
Q: Can outdoor decor withstand rain and wind?
A: Yes—decor is made from rust-resistant metal or UV-protected resin. Wipe with a dry cloth after rain to extend lifespan.
Q: Do bulbs need special storage before planting?
