Return & Exchange Policy

This policy covers returns/exchanges for our outdoor decor, plants, seeds & bulbs, and planters via our Shopify store. For inquiries, use the contact info below.

1. Eligibility Requirements

2. Process Steps

  1. Request: Email wobbler.matzo-0q@icloud.com with your Shopify order number, item type, reason, and supporting proof (photos of dead plants/cracked planters).
  2. Approval: We respond within 2 business days. Approved requests get a return address (our London hub: 65, Anselm Road, London, SW6 1LH, England) and return ID.
  3. Ship Back: Send items within 7 days. Wrap plants/planters in bubble wrap; use original packaging for seeds/decor to avoid transit damage.
  4. Finalization: Inspection takes 3-5 days. Eligible exchanges ship in 48 hours; refunds process via Shopify Payments in 3-5 business days.

3. Fee Details

  • Quality/Damage Issues: We cover round-trip shipping (reimburse up to £20 / US$26 via logistics receipt).
  • Personal Reasons: You pay return shipping + 8% restocking fee (covers plant packaging/seed storage).
  • Ineligible Items: Planted seeds/bulbs, dead plants reported late, used decor, or custom planters—refused, you bear return costs.
